Select [Yes] on the confirmation screen, and press the (OK) button.
The machine reboots and the standby screen appears.
You can return the configured settings of the device to their default.
• When you initialize the settings of the device, the following data is deleted.
- Stored documents in the Fcode bulletin board box
- Fax jobs that have not been sent
- Fax jobs received in the Fcode confidential box
- Dialing logs
- E-mail logs
- Received fax data (including image received with Secure Receive)
- JOB MACRO
• The following settings will return to the factory default settings.
- Admin Password
- Paper Setup settings
- Copy Setup settings
- Fax Setup settings
- Fcode Bulletin Board settings
- Scanner Setup settings
- Print Setup settings
- Network Setup settings
- Management settings
- User Install settings

Press the (SETTING) button on the operator panel.

Press the button once to select [Admin Setup] and press the button.

Enter the administrator password, and then press the (OK) button.
The factory default administrator password is "999999". If the administrator password is changed, enter the
updated password.

Press the or button repeatedly to select [Manage Unit] and press the
button.

Press the or button to select [Reset Settings] and press the button.
