8. Editing Address Book
• If you register speed dials, the first 16 speed dials are automatically registered to the (one-touch) buttons
No. 1 to 16.
• Press the (FAX) button to specify speed dials registered to the (one-touch) buttons No.1 to 16 as
destinations.
• To select the (one-touch) buttons No. 9 to 16, press the (one-touch) button with the
(SHIFT) button pressed.
For details on character entry methods, refer to "Entering Characters (User's Manual)".
The numbers that are registered in groups with the [Speed Dial] function synchronize the numbers that are registered
in groups with the [Group No] function.

Press the (SETTING) button on the operator panel.

Press the button to select [Phone Book], and then press the button.

Press the button to select [Group No.] and press the button.

Press the or button to select the number in which no group is stored
and press the button.

Check that [Register] is selected, and then press the button.

Check that [Name] is selected, and then press the button.

Enter the name using the numeric keypad or the , , , or button.
You can enter up to 16 characters.

Select [Enter], and then press the (OK) button.

Press the button to select [Speed Dial] and press the button.

Press the button to select the speed dial number and press the (OK)
button.

When you select all fax numbers needed, press the button.

When the completion screen is displayed, press the (OK) button.

The screen informing that the registration is complete is displayed.
