Double Speed Multi-input
You can execute the measurement process with a multi-core CPU to inspect more measurement tar-
gets in less time than conventional processing would allow.
This mode uses up to four CPU cores (or eight threads) on a CPU that take turns in the execution of a
single inspection flow every time the STEP signal is input.
