Reading SMS messages
If Outlook integration is enabled, any SMS messages you
receive are displayed in the Inbox in Outlook.
To read SMS messages:
1. In Outlook, select the
Inbox folder.

2. Double-click the message header, or select the header and
press <Enter>.

Replying to SMS messages
If Outlook integration is enabled, you can reply to SMS
messages from Outlook. You cannot send an SMS reply to an
e-mail message in Outlook.
To reply to an SMS message:
1. Ensure you have NationalAccess service ( ) or an active
dial-up/Quick 2 NetSM (14.4kbps) connection ( ).
2. In Outlook, select the
Inbox folder.
