with a diameter of 25 cm.
Α Let it ferment for 40 - 60 minutes at a temperature of 30 - 35 ˚C.

Β Use your fingers to make indents on the dough surface, then apply
the olive oil (in addition to the specified amount).
Γ Sprinkle B on it, then bake it in an oven (already preheated to
180 - 200 ˚C) for 15 minutes.
