The Temperature function maps temperature to the input voltage using the 16-point table. The units are determined
by the global dash setting. There are two temperature resolutions available. A standard resolution will measure in 1°C
increments up to a maximum of 205°C (401°F). The extended resolution will measure in 0.125°C increments up to a
maximum of 8191°C (14,777 °F).
