Battery and Electrical Systems
2007 600 HO Regulator / Rectifier
This regulator / rectifier performs the following functions:
• Regulates AC Voltage to 14.3 volts.
• Provides regulated DC voltage to power the MFD
gauge.
• Provides regulated DC voltage to charge the battery, if
equipped.
• Illuminates the MFD brake LED indicator by grounding
the MFD circuit whenever the module receives an Vac
brake light signal (operator pulls brake lever).
Replace the regulator / rectifier whenever the following occurs:
• AC voltage is over 14.8 volts when the engine is
running.
• No DC voltage found on the RED/WHT or RED
circuits when the engine is running.
• The brake lights illuminate when the brake lever is
pulled, but the LED indicator does not.
2008 RMK Shift 155 Regulator / Rectifier
The RMK Shift regulator / rectifier performs the same functions
as the 2007 600 HO regulator / rectifier.
