No End of Pack (EOP) Chime
Typical causes:
• See No Piezo, Page 4-11
• Deformed wireform switch (EOP not making)
• Defective FM
• Counter wheel hang up (See Counter Wheel Hangs Up, Page 4-8)
Incorrect Blade Speed
Typical causes:
• Flex at SOL 1 folded over shorting itself
• Opening blade spring not in correct position
• Shutter blades not free, walking beam inertia, distorted base block
• Too many blades
• Dirty blades
Motor doesn’t Run
Typical causes:
• Wireform switch not making S9 to VER
• Quintic hung up
• RM not seated
• Poor LCD module connection (See Poor LCD Module Connection, Page 4-9)
Film Speed Switch Failure
Typical causes:
• Distorted wireform switch block
• Gear drive flex distorted, torn, folded (causing short)
• Gear drive flex not making with speed switch
