Line and Call Icons
The line and call icon changes dep end ing on the line statu s (for exam ple,
registered line or unregistered line) or call status (for example, dialing in
progress or a call on hold ).

Active call using
Polycom
®
HD
Voice
technology
A call is in progress using Polycom HD Voice. The
active call icons merge into one icon on the phone
screen. For example:
Active call not
using Polycom
HD Voice
A call is in progress that doesn’t use
Polycom HD Voice.
Conference A conference call is in progress.
Dialing The phone is dialing a number.
Do Not Disturb The Do Not Disturb feature is enabled on your
phone. Your phone will not ring. All calls will display
in the Missed Calls list.
Forwarding A specific forwarding feature (“Always”) has been
enabled on your phone. All incoming calls will be
forwarded to a number you have specified.
Hold A call or conference is on hold.
Message(s) You have one or more new messages.
Registered line The phone can place and receive calls.
Registered
shared line
The phone, which shares a directory number with
another phone, can place and receive calls.
Ringing The phone is ringing.
Unregistered line The phone is unable to place and receive calls.
