Read system error status：SYST:ERRor? \r\n
Read measurement data：MEAS:ALL? \r\n
Read running mode parameters ： MEAS:PCYC? \r\n (For Step/Gradual Mode
operation)
6.10.9 Limit Current Settings
Setup the upper limit current：LIM:CURR 100.0\r\n
Note1 ： Once the output current exceeds the set value of upper limit current, the
device stops the output and report the fault.
Note2 ： The set value of upper current limit cannot be greater than the rated current
value.
