IV.4.7 AAC 2,4 LC :
The configuration steps are:
1. Bit rate.
2. Mode: MONO, JOINT STEREO, STEREO or DUAL.
3. Sample rate: 48, 32 or 24 KHz.
4. CRC validation on/off
5. Auxilliary data on/off.
NOTICE: AAC LC RESTRICTIONS
 If NET = ISDN a Bit Rate > 128 Kbps is not possible.
 If the Bit rate > 128 Kbps the combination MONO - Fs= 24 KHz is not possible.
 If the Bit Rate > 192 Kbps the combination MONO - Fs= 32 KHz is not possible.
 If the Bit Rate >256 Kbps the combination MONO is not possible.
 If the Bit Rate >256 Kbps the combination STEREO – Fs = 24 KHz is not possible.
