IV.6.1.2. AES/EBU TRANSPARENT (available only in 3.1.0 version or later).
The AES/EBU TRANSP is a special transmission mode for PCM 24 bits digital
audio without any processing at all. This mode allows to transmit “NON-PCM
audio” or data between devices that use AES3 digital audio interface, for
example Dolby E systems.
z This mode is only available when ProntoNet works as an IP
codec (NET = IP).
z When this option is selected, the Encoder options are
disabled.
IV.6.2 CONF-PORTS:
This is for configuring the communication ports of the unit.
LAN: for configuring the LAN port.
ISDN: for configuring the ISDN port.
X21: for configuring the X21 port.
RS232: for configuring the speed of each of the two RS232 ports
IV.6.2.1. LAN
IP: Set IP parameters manually.
DHCP: Allow automatic IP configuration from a DHCP server.
IP Parameters Configuration
ADDRESS: the IP address that is assigned to the ProntoNet unit.
SUBMASK: IP address mask.
GATEWAY: Gateway IP address.
