Serial Port Configuration
The Envizio Pro and Envizio Pro II can control an optional external lightbar connected to the port labeled
‘COM3/Lightbar’ on the auxiliary interface cable (P/N 115-0171-745) or chassis interface cable (P/N 115-0171-
926). To enable this feature:
1. Select Control Interface from the System menu.
2. On the Control Interface screen, touch the Serial Port icon in the upper right corner.
The following screen displays.
3. Select the ‘Lightbar Interface’ option to allow the field computer to control the external lightbar.
Note: Refer to the Display section on page 124 to adjust the brightness of the external lightbar via the
field computer interface.
4. Touch the Accept icon and restart the field computer to complete the lightbar setup.
