This operator generates a system Reset when
there is a double OFF-ON-OFF transition on the
corresponding input which lasts less than 5 s.

If > 5s, RESET is not generated.

It can be used to reset faults without disconnecting system power.
If the scheme is very complicated and requires a connection between two elements very
far, use the "Interpage" component.

The element "Interpage out" must have a name which, invoked by the
corresponding "Interpage in", allows the desired link.
