SMART-Space Controller
™
is a fully programmable, BACnet
®
controller in a
compact, economical wall-mount package.
Three base models provide input/output capacity to match standard single zone HVAC applications
including radiators, reheat coils, fan coils, heat pumps, VVT boxes, and small packaged rooftop units.

• Standalone operation, or part of any BACnet MS/TP network
• Programmable BACnet schedule with onboard real-time clock and optional
capacitor backup
• Three base models with different input/output configurations ranging from 2
inputs and 2 outputs up to 3 inputs and 4 outputs, plus an onboard temperature
sensor and optional humidity, occupancy, and CO2 sensors
