Crankshaft accessories pulley: Removal - Refitting

REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: Crankshaft acces-
sories pulley bolts (10,03,03,10).
a parts always to be replaced: Crankshaft acces-
sories pulley (10,03,03,07).
II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
-a new crankshaft accessories pulley,
-a new bolt on the crankshaft accessories pulley by
immobilising the engine using a screwdriver or a
male offset BTR wrench.
a Torque tighten the crankshaft accessories pulley
bolt (40 N.m + 110˚ ±±
±±
10).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
-the engine undertray,
-the accessories belt (see 11A, Top and front of
engine, Accessories belt: Removal - Refitting,
page 11A-7) ,
-the front section of the front right-hand wheel arch
liner (see Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Re-
fitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
-the front right-hand wheel (see Wheel: Removal -
Refitting) (35A, Wheels and tyres).
