Cylinder head: Removal - Refitting

a Disconnect the vacuum pipe (10) from the vacuum
pump.
a
a Disconnect the fuel supply pipe union (11) from the
high pressure pump.
a Fit blanking plugs.
a Position the (Mot. 1390) under the engine.
a Remove the tool (Mot. 1453).
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove the injection pump rear support bolts (12) .
a Remove:
- the cylinder head bolts,
- the cylinder head,
- the cylinder head gasket.

WARNING
To prevent impurities from entering the circuit,
place protective plugs on all fuel circuit compo-
nents exposed to the open air.
