REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Remove the front engine cover.
a Disconnect the turbocharger pressure sensor con-
nector (1) .
a Unclip the turbocharger pressure sensor wiring (2)
from the intercooler air outlet pipe.
a Loosen the intercooler air outlet pipe clip (3) on the
damper valve.
a Disconnect the intercooler air outlet pipe from the
damper valve.
a Disconnect:
- the damper valve connector (4) ,
- the connector (5) from the camshaft position sen-
sor.
a Unclip the damper valve wiring from the injector rail
protector cover.
a Remove the breather support nut (6) from the ma-
nual gearbox.
a Separate the manual gearbox breather with its sup-
port.
