TURBOCHARGING
Turbocharger oil pipe: Removal - Refitting

II - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Fit the turbocharger oil return pipe, first positioning it
in the cylinder block.
a Refit the turbocharger oil return pipe bolts on the tur-
bocharger.
a Torque tighten the turbocharger oil return pipe
bolts on the turbocharger (8 Nm).
a Refit the turbocharger oil return pipe bolt on the cy-
linder block.
a Tighten to torque the turbocharger oil return pipe
bolt on the cylinder block (25 Nm).
III - FINAL OPERATION
a Refit:
-the heat shield to the starter,
-the catalytic converter (see 19B, Exhaust, Cataly-
tic converter: Removal - Refitting, page 19B-17)
,
-the exhaust connecting hose (see 19B, Exhaust,
Connecting hose: Removal - Refitting, page
19B-60) ,
-the lower engine tie-bar (see 19D, Engine moun-
ting, Lower engine tie-bar: Removal - Refitting,
page 19D-33) ,
-a new right-hand differential output seal (see Diffe-
rential output seal: Removal - Refitting) (21A,
Manual gearbox),
-the front right-hand wheel driveshaft (see Front ri-
ght-hand wheel driveshaft: Removal - Refitting)
(29A, Driveshafts).
a Fill the manual gearbox (see Manual gearbox oil:
Draining - Refilling) (21A, Manual gearbox).
a Refit:
-the front section of the front right-hand wheel arch
liner (see Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Re-
fitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
-the front right-hand wheel (see Wheel: Removal -
Refitting) (35A, Wheels and tyres),
-the scoop under the scuttle panel grille (see Scoop
under scuttle panel grille: Removal - Refitting)
(56A, Exterior equipment),
-the scuttle panel grille (see Scuttle panel grille:
Removal - Refitting) (56A, Exterior equipment),
-the windscreen wiper arms (see Windscreen wi-
per arm: Removal - Refitting) (85A, Wiping -
Washing),
- the engine undertray,
- the engine cover.
a Connect the battery (see Battery : Removal - Refit-
