TURBOCHARGING
Turbocharger outlet exhaust gas duct: Removal - Refitting
K9K, and 836

a Disconnect:
-the exhaust fuel injector connector (8) ,
-the exhaust fuel injector fuel supply pipe union from
the exhaust fuel injector (9) .
a Fit blanking plugs on:
-the fuel supply pipe opening of the exhaust fuel in-
jector,
-the exhaust fuel injector opening.
a Remove:
-the bolts (10) from the exhaust fuel injector cooler,
-the exhaust fuel injector cooler,
-the heat shield from the turbocharger.
a Remove the bolts (11) from the exhaust bracket.
a Move the exhaust pipe to one side.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove:
- the bolts (12) from the turbocharger outlet exhaust
gas duct,
- the exhaust gases duct at the turbocharger outlet,
- the seal from the turbocharger outlet exhaust gas
duct.
