Exhaust gas recirculation rigid pipe: Removal - Refitting

II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART
CONCERNED
a Remove:
-the bolts (2) of the exhaust gas recirculation rigid
pipe bracket from the cylinder head,
-the bolts (3) of the exhaust gas recirculation rigid
pipe from the exhaust manifold,
-the bolts (4) of the exhaust gas recirculation rigid
pipe from the exhaust gas recirculation assembly,
-the exhaust gas recirculation rigid pipe,
-the exhaust gas recirculation pipe rigid seal.
a Loosen the clip (5) of the exhaust gas recirculation
rigid pipe from the exhaust gas recirculation assem-
bly mounting.
a Remove:
- the bolts (6) from the EGR rigid pipe,
- the exhaust gas recirculation rigid pipe,
- the exhaust gas recirculation rigid pipe clip,
- the exhaust gas recirculation rigid pipe seal.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING PREPARATION OPERATION
a parts always to be replaced: Exhaust gas recir-
culation rigid pipe (11,07,01,08).
a parts always to be replaced: Exhaust gas recir-
culation pipe seal (11,07,01,15).
a parts always to be replaced: Exhaust gas recir-
culation pipe clip (11,07,01,14).
