Cooling radiator: Removal - Refitting

a Remove the cooling radiator from the front end pa-
nel.
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit:
-the cooling radiator to the front end panel,
-the retaining brackets to the cooling radiator,
-the retaining bracket bolts to the cooling radiator.
a Connect:
-the bottom cooling hose to the cooling radiator,
-the expansion bottle degassing hose to the cooling
radiator,
-the top cooling hose to the cooling radiator.
a Using the (Mot. 1448), fit:
-the bottom cooling hose clip on the cooling radia-
tor,
-the expansion bottle degassing hose clip on the
cooling radiator,
-the top cooling hose clip on the cooling radiator.
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Clip the condenser onto the cooling radiator.
a Refit:
-the audible warning (see Horn: Removal - Refit-
ting) (82B, Horn),
-the front bumper supports (see Front bumper
support: Removal - Refitting) (42A, Front upper
structure),
-the headlights (see Front headlight: Removal -
Refitting) (80B, Headlights),
-the air deflectors,
-the front bumper (see Front bumper: Removal -
Refitting) (55A, Exterior protection),
-the front section of the front wheel arch liners (see
Front wheel arch liner: Removal - Refitting)
(55A, Exterior protection),
-the front wheels (see Wheel: Removal - Refitting)
(35A, Wheels and tyres),
-the engine cover.
a Connect the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refit-
ting) (80A, Battery).
a Fill and bleed the cooling system (see 19A, Coo-
ling, Cooling circuit: Draining - Refilling, page
19A-17) .
a Refit the engine undertray.
