Catalytic converter: Removal - Refitting

II - REMOVAL STAGE FOR THE PART
CONCERNED.
a Remove the bolts from the exhaust flange (2) fitted
with their springs.
a Move the exhaust pipe to one side.
a Remove the catalytic converter downstream strut
bolt (3) from the catalytic converter.
a Undo:
- the catalytic converter downstream strut bolt (4) on
the gearbox,
- the catalytic converter downstream strut nut (5) on
the gearbox,
a Remove the catalytic converter downstream strut by
sliding it upwards.
