Left-hand suspended engine mounting: Removal - Refitting

REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART
CONCERNED
a Refit the rubber pad support for the left-hand sus-
pended engine mounting.
a Torque tighten the left-hand suspended engine
mounting rubber pad support bolts (62 Nm).
a Refit the cover for the left-hand suspended engine
mounting.
a Torque tighten the bolts for the suspended engine
mounting rubber pad cover (62 N.m).
a Refit the central bolt for the left-hand suspended en-
gine mounting rubber pad support.
a Torque tighten the central bolt for the left-hand
suspended engine mounting rubber pad support
(62 N.m).
II - FINAL OPERATION
a Remove the (Mot. 1453) fitted with the (Mot. 1453-
01).
a Clip the hydraulic clutch pipe onto the cover of the
left-hand suspended engine mounting.
a Clip on the engine wiring.
a Fit the battery wiring channel.
a Clip on the battery wiring channel.
a Refit:
-the lower engine tie-bar (see 19D, Engine moun-
ting, Lower engine tie-bar: Removal - Refitting,
page 19D-33) ,
-the air filter unit (see 12A, Fuel mixture, Air filter
unit: Removal - Refitting, page 12A-4) ,
-the battery tray (see Battery tray: Removal - Re-
fitting) (80A, Battery),
-the battery (see Battery: Removal - Refitting)
(80A, Battery),
-the scoop under the scuttle panel grille (see Scoop
under scuttle panel grille: Removal - Refitting)
(56A, Exterior equipment),
-the scuttle panel grille (see Scuttle panel grille:
Removal - Refitting) (56A, Exterior equipment),
-the windscreen wiper arms (see Windscreen wi-
per arm: Removal - Refitting) (85A, Wiping -
Washing),
- the engine cover.
