3-04 Supply yield/forming (1) Total copies made by the OPC belt,
developer, and cleaning carrier and the
number of used staple are displayed.
* Up to 8 digits are displayed.
* In the duplex mode (single side original
to 2-sided copy and 2-sided to 2-sided),
the count doubles.
(2) There are ON key’s for the OPC belt,
developer, and cleaning carrier forming
modes.
CAUTION:
In the cleaning carrier forming mode, a
black image in A3 size is made on the
OPC 30 times. Next, a blank image is
made 30 times. Then, this cycle is
repeated once more (a total of 120
images are made). To prevent the toner
density of the developer from lowering,
follow the order below:
1) Developer forming
2) OPC forming
3) Cleaning carrier forming
Press [3-04] of the data logging menu.

Press "OPC/Developer/CL carrier
forming ON key" one by one.
* Clearing data
Press Clear key.
⇓
Select "YES (clear the data)/NO".
3-05 Copier misfeeds Copier misfeeds are accumulated and
displayed by location and type (sensor
ON or OFF check misfeed).
