Description 1
Enable the phase deviation measurement function (rising edge-falling edge) between the two specified
channels.

:MEASure:R2FPhase? <chanA>,<chanB>
Description 2
Enable the phase deviation measurement function (rising edge-falling edge) between the two specified
channels and return the measurement result (the unit is degree).

The query returns the measurement result in scientific notation.

and standard deviation of the phase deviation measurement (rising edge-falling edge) results. Sending
