Poor drive force on rotary
arm
Excessive friction on rotary
arm drive parts.
Contact technical support.
Brake on rotation motor not
released
Adjust the brake gap on the arm rotation motor.
Contact technical support.
Rubber roller jammed on
carriage
- Reduce the tension through the braking knob on-
board the carriage.
- Check that the roller is idling when released from
the brake.
Inspect and remove, if necessary, any fragment of
film in the lower side of the roller.
Brake release control
activated
Rotate the brake release button to standard position.
Unsynchronised stop
Chain elongation
Adjust chain tension and replace if necessary.
Pay attention not to tension it excessively.
Minimum perimeter clearance of 10 cm.

Remove the obstacle. If necessary, move the arm
using the brake release button.
Deformation of the sensor
inside the sensible edge
Manually handle the sensible edge in the contact
area. If the control unit does not reset it is necessary
to replace the sensible edge.

Replace component.
