5.5. FILM CARRIAGE BELT ADJUSTMENT
The figure shows the intervention points and the description indicates the procedures to use.
1. Lift the film carriage (with the machine operating in “manual mode”) until it reaches the “upper” limit switch.
2. Stop the machine in safety conditions.
3. Act on the screws (A) to adjust the belt tension (B).
Important
The correct tension is reached when the springs are loaded until reaching a length of 18 mm.
Make sure that both springs have the same length.
4. Lower the film carriage until fully home.
