Preface
This manual describes how to use Compact 5000™ I/O serial module in
Logix 5000™ systems.
Make sure that you are familiar with the following:
• Use of a Logix 5000™ controller
• Use of an EtherNet/IP™ network, if the serial module is installed in a
remote location that is accessible via the EtherNet/IP network.
• Studio 5000 Logix Designer® environment.
