Rotax 125 MAX evo - Carburetor and Control Installation

ROTAX 125 MAX evo, Junior MAX evo, Mini MAX evo, Micro MAX evo
 Connect ECU with plug connector (pos. 2) and secure with cable tie (pos. 11) (strain
relief).
 Connect ignition coil with plug connector (pos. 4) and secure with cable tie (pos. 11)
(strain relief).
 Tighten ground cable (pos. 8) with screw (red) of the cylinder head cover.
 Connect RAVE control unit with plug connector (pos. 5). (125 MAX only)

 Note: 125 Junior MAX evo, Mini MAX evo and Micro MAX evo do not have a RAVE control
unit. Please install the dummy plug (pos. 10) (part no. 666900, available as spare
part) to avoid entry of dirt and dust.
 Attach the plug connector with dummy plug (pos. 10) to the support bracket using a
cable tie (pos. 12). (125 Junior MAX evo, Mini MAX evo and Micro MAX evo only)
