4.6.3 Replacing the Power Supply Unit

Open the rear housing covers of the product.
Refer to
4.2.1 Opening the Rear Housing Cover

Disconnect all the cables from the connectors
(as listed below) on the power supply unit.

S-cont DC power 24 V
, connects to the
POW24V
connector on the
main (CONT) PCB
.

Head power
, connects to the
print head
assembly
.

:
S-cont DC power
, connects to the
POW
connector
on the
main (CONT) PCB
.

:
AC line
, connects to the
power switch
.

Remove four screws (S4) and remove the
power supply unit.

Assemble the parts in the reverse order of the disassembly procedure.
