8.4.4. Machine test
■ Self-test
: SB-3000 have a self-test mode that motors,
sensors, pockets and program can be tested
by itself. Test result shows like right picture.
① Program: SB-3000 checks the checksum of Image Board and option Board
* If NG, update S/W once again and change the Boards (Image, Option) and test.
② Lamp: SB-3000 checks the IR transmission and White transmission.
③ Pocket plate: SB-3000 checks the Up and low Sensor of Stacker #1 & Stacker #2 Plate.
④ Motor: SB-3000 checks Main Motor, Feed motor and Pick-up Motor.
⑤ Note Check: SB-3000 checks sensors of Stacker #1, Stacker #2 and Reject Pocket.
⑥ Sensor: SB-3000 checks RP sensor.
■ Aging test
: SB-3000 runs counting test during the
period of set time. If some errors occur, you
can check them after ending this test.
* When you replace SMPS, you can take a
running test without real notes counting with
this ‘Aging test’.
■ Lamp test
: You can light the lamps manually. You can
see CIS lamp with your eyes opening the
Rear Middle Cover.
