Remove and Replace the Side Broom GEO Cylinder
1. Remove the Gutter Broom Dust Cover.
2.
Remove the GEO spring tension. To do this you will
need to remove the screw located on the underside of
the pin.
3.
Remove the retaining bolt on the opposite side of the
Broom cylinder.
Adjusting the Side Broom Lift Cylinder
1.
Remove the fittings and ensure the associated hoses
are properly restrained.
2.
Remove the hardware assemblyattaching the Eye of
the hydraulic ramto the hydraulic motor bracket.
3.
Remove the rear of the cylinder bracket. Remove the
hardware retaining the cylinder and Gutter Broom
Bracket.
