Command
The SEL-587Z uses this function to allow a Modbus master to write directly to
a database register. These registers are used to write the command code and
parameters for the command region, selecting the event number or channel
number for Event data region and setting the Relay Date and Time. If you are
accustomed to 4X references with this function code, for six-digit addressing,
add 400001 to the standard database addresses.
