What to do if the Relay Enabled front-panel LED is dark on Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories SEL-701?

  If the Relay Enabled front-panel LED is dark, it could be due to a lack of input power, a blown fuse, or a self-test failure. First, check the input power and fuse continuity. Also, check if the ALARM b-contact is closed. You can use the front-panel Status of Relay function to view self-test results.
