The SEL-701 Relay uses this function code for a variety of data control purposes.
Specifically, you can use it to clear archive records, operate output contacts, and
operate breaker and remote bit elements.

The SEL-701 Relay offers the commands listed in Ta bl e C. 9 that you can execute
using function code 05h. The command coils are self-resetting.

1 byte Operation code (FF for bit set, 00 for bit clear)
