The ACCESS2 SELOGIC control equation settings define conditions when Level 2
command access is permitted without Level 2 password entry. The factory default
setting allows Access Level 2 serial port and front-panel command execution when
input IN4 is asserted. You may want to connect a keyswitch contact to the input so
relay settings can be modified by persons having the correct key.
