NOTE 4. Event and History Reporting
The Modbus register map (Table D.18 on page D.16) provides a feature
that allows you to download complete event data or History data via
Modbus. The SEL-587Z stores the 10 latest event reports and 10 latest
event summaries (History data) in nonvolatile memory.
The event report extraction will be through 20 channels. These channels
must be assigned as follows:
Extract event report data to obtain the following 1/4-cycle information:
Input currents from both windings
Resultant residual currents
13 rows of Relay Word bits associated with the applications
The first byte is the Relay Word row associated with the channel; the
second byte is 1 if any bit in a particular row changed.
