8.2.1 Product disposal in accordance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE) Directive
The label shown is fitted to the analyzer.
WEEE label
This label identifies that:
 The analyzer is considered to be within the scope of the Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE) Directive.
 The analyzer is not intended for disposal in a municipal waste stream, but shall be
submitted for material recovery and recycling in accordance with the local regulations
which implement the WEEE Directive.
 For additional information and advice on the disposal of the analyzer in accordance with
the requirements of the WEEE Directive, contact Servomex at info@servomex.com or your
local Servomex agent.
 If you send the analyzer to Servomex or your local Servomex agent for disposal, the
analyzer must be accompanied by a correctly completed decontamination certificate.
