3.3.6 Providing installations for test gases (when required)
When cyclic adjustments are to be setup or when the test gases are to be fed automati-
cally during adjustments:
b
Make the required test gases (

p. 43, §6.3) available in pressure cylinders or from
pressure lines.

Install suitable pressure reducers to provide the correct feed pressure
(

Supplementary Operating Instructions for the Analyzer Modules fitted).
b
Install solenoid valves or similar devices for electric control of the test gas feed.
b
Configure the GMS800 digital outputs to control the solenoid valves (

Supplementary
Operating Instructions for “I/O Module”).

Connect the solenoid valves to the digital outputs.
b
Assign the test gases to the suitable digital output in the Test Gas Table (
→
