Reducing the measuring distance
To prevent problems in signal transmission in certain cases (e.g. using the types FLSE100
H, HAC, PH or PHS with high dust concentrations, see Section 2.3.1), it can be necessary to
reduce the measuring distance. You can realize this by installation of extended flange pipes
and/or flanges with pipe across a secant.
The installation conditions are provided in Fig. 3.7 and in the following table.
