D. Troubleshooting
-. S/W Close: It can be reason of program error to cut off power supply when D/L
and FEP program are saving data. It might cause program failure and mix-up of
file construction in DOS.
In case of cutting off power supply for maintenance work, it is recommended to
follow program close procedure specified in S/W manual.
-. Using Key board instead of Key pad: Same key could be output repeatedly. To
solve the problem, replace KP/KB’ switch to KB. Then close program following
normal procedure and cold boot.
-. Key-Pad touch: In case key pad touch displays no response on the screen, it is
occasionally happens that key pad movement is delayed due to program priority.
Accordingly, do not press keypad by forced power.
-. LCD Protection: Compared to CRT, LCD is weak in shock. Do not force power in
the front of LCD. In addition, it is recommended to put off LCD by using lamp
button located bottom of DL/FEP front part when the screen is not monitored for a
good while.
-. POWER ON/OFF: Take 5-second s break when re-booting.
-. Device Movement: Be careful to avoid shock when the device is moved. If the
shock is hard, mounted board in motherboard could be separated. You should
check voltage selection switch of power supply when you connect power cable
code to the plug receptacle.
