The details on the items listed below must be available when the system is commis‐
sioned for the first time at the latest. However, they are determined by the application,
the requirements of which must be reviewed by the manufacturer / installer.
This checklist should be retained and kept with the machine documentation to serve as
reference during recurring thorough checks.
This checklist does not replace initial commissioning or periodic thorough checks by
qualified safety personnel.
