6.2.3 Starting SOPAS-ET
You have connected the configuration PC to the camera system(s) via the controller unit's
Ethernet interface.

Launch SOPAS. The corresponding icon is located in the Windows start menu and on
the desktop by default.
The initial screen is displayed. A new project is automatically created in SOPAS-ET.
One or more devices are combined and edited in a single project.
6.2.4 Starting the device search
Use the device search to add the camera systems to a project.
Configuring the device search
1. Click the Search settings button. The Connection Wizard starts. This helps you to
establish a link with a connected device.
2. Select the Device family oriented search option and click Next to confirm.
