Parameter data of the batches
Supplies all setpoints and process values of all parameters that either:
● Are relevant for a status change in the "vStateChange" view
● Have to be changed by the user independently of a status change
● Were supplied by IRefresh

ActivationCounter Int Run of the container element
OBJID Int ID of the parameter
