Special features of CPUs 31xC
With CPUs 31xC you assign two different diagnostic addresses to the slave,
namely one diagnostic address for slot 0 and one for slot 2. These two addresses
have the following functions:
The diagnostic address for slot 0 reports in the master all events relating to the
complete slave (station representative), e.g. station failure;
The diagnostic address for slot 2 is used to report events at this slot, that is,
with the CPU operating as I-Slave it reports the diagnostic interrupts for
operating state transitions.
