Setting of the transmissible torque M
4
Note
Torque M
4
The transmissible torque must not fall below the minimum value M
4
when you adjust the
adjustment ring according to table "Change of the transmissible torque."
• Always mark the modied adjustment ring distance E in the base of the solenoid housing
pocket using a punch prick.
• Mark the theoretically set transmissible torque M
4
on the nameplate of the motor. The empty
eld "Optional customer information" on the nameplate is available for this.
• After you have set the transmissible torque M
4
, make sure that you secure the adjustment
ring with a threaded pin. Comply with the tightening torque of M
A
= 3Nm.
• Turn the adjustment ring in such a way that the threaded pin can be located between the
thrust studs. Deviations of the transmissible torque M
4
from -5% to +15% are possible.
The brake module is delivered with the transmissible torque M
4
set to the default value
according to the data sheet. You will nd the transmissible torque M
4
on the nameplate of
the brake module.
