10.6.1 Interface signals: Axis/spindle signals
As PLC user interface, certain axis-specific signals are mapped from the SIC/SCC (Page 212)
in the axis DB (Page 213):
● DB31 … DB38, Safety Info Channel (SIC)
● DB31 … DB38, Safety Control Channel (SCC)
This means, for example, that you can perform the brake test (Page 293) via the PLC user
program.
