Blocking / Interblocking
The ground current differential protection can be blocked via a binary input. The blocking at one end of a pro-
tected object affects all ends via the communications link (interblocking). If the overcurrent protection is config-
ured as an emergency function, all devices will automatically switch to this emergency operation mode.
Pickup Logic
The following figure illustrates the pickup logic of the ground current differential protection for grounded sys-
tems.
