Note
For hygienic applications (EHEDG) the cable glands and blind plugs must be made from
corrosion resistant material like nickel brass, stainless steel or plastic, the exposed threads
must be minimized when they are tightened up on the cable and they must have a seal (plastic
or rubber) under the threads where they screw into the terminal housing or enclosure.
